DELTA Pro Ultra Coupon Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the terms of use for the DELTA Pro Ultra Coupons (“Coupons”) provided by EcoFlow for the launch of the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra, scheduled to occur between January 9, 2024, and February 9, 2024. Please carefully read and adhere to these Terms before purchasing and utilizing a Coupon.

1. Coupon Purchase Period

The DELTA Pro Ultra Coupons are available for purchase from November 1, 2023, to January 8, 2024.

2. Coupon Redemption Period

The DELTA Pro Ultra Coupons are valid exclusively during the launch period of the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra, occurring between January 9, 2024, and February 9, 2024. Any Coupon codes not redeemed during this launch period will expire thereafter.

3. Eligible Products

The Coupon codes are only applicable to the purchase of the DELTA Pro Ultra (Inverter × 1 + Battery × 1) and the related bundles.

4. Coupon Usage Instructions

a. Each order is limited to the use of one Coupon code, and each email address may use the code only once. DELTA Pro Ultra Coupons can be applied in conjunction with the DELTA Pro Ultra early bird prices during the launch period (January 9, 2024, to February 9, 2024). A DELTA Pro Ultra Coupon cannot be used for more than one order and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

b. DELTA Pro Ultra Coupons are available for purchase at a cost of $300 each and can be redeemed for a $1,500 discount applicable to the purchase of the DELTA Pro Ultra and related bundles. The quantity of available Coupons is limited to 500. Upon purchase, an email containing a unique coupon code will be sent to you. To receive the coupon code, you are required to submit your email address to EcoFlow by checking the option of “Email me with news and offers” upon checkout. The handling of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. In the event that the coupon code email is not found in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

5. Limitation on Coupon Codes

Each email address is entitled to receive only one unique Coupon code. If an additional code is purchased using the same email address, the same code will be provided. To purchase another code, please use a different email address.

6. Refund Policy

a. If you have purchased a Coupon and have not applied it, please contact our after-sales service team at support@ecoflow.com for a refund.

b.If a coupon has yet to be applied before February 10, 2024, it will be refunded to the original payment account.

c. Once a Coupon code has been successfully applied to an order, no refunds will be granted.

7. Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this campaign. Any changes, adjustments, or terminations will be communicated through announcements on the online sales platforms.
